Description of Service
Cam2PDF is a mobile application that allows users to:
Capture photos and create PDF documents
Use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to extract text from images
Interact with Jennie, an AI-powered assistant
Store and manage PDF documents
Access premium features through subscription
Account Registration
Creating an Account
You must provide a valid email address and create a password
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You are responsible for all activities under your account
Account Security
Keep your password confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You may use biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID) for convenience
We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Upon termination, your access to the app and your data will be removed

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Promotional pricing is temporary and may revert to standard pricing
Payment and Billing
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings
Free Trial
Yearly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial
You will not be charged during the trial period
Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
If you do not cancel, you will automatically be charged the subscription price
Free trial is only available once per user
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial periods
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

Subscription Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription features and pricing
You will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the next renewal
User Conduct
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

You represent that you have the right to use all content you upload
AI Assistant Use ("Ask Jennie")
Age Requirement:
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Ask Jennie AI assistant
By using the AI assistant, you confirm you are 13 years or older
Users under 13 are prohibited from accessing AI features
Acceptable AI Use:
The AI assistant is provided for informational purposes only
Intended use: PDF creation help, app support, general information
Do not rely solely on AI responses for critical decisions
AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies
Always verify important information independently
Prohibited AI Use:

❌ Sexual, violent, or offensive conversations
❌ Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
❌ Attempts to manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI

Content Moderation:
We monitor AI conversations for safety and abuse prevention
Conversations may be reviewed to improve safety systems
Inappropriate content will be blocked automatically
Repeated violations will result in account suspension

Your Responsibilities:
Use AI assistant appropriately and lawfully
Report inappropriate AI responses immediately
Do not share harmful content with minors
Supervise minors (13-17) when using AI features (parental discretion advised)
Intellectual Property

You may not use our intellectual property without written permission

This license ends when you delete your content or account
